We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all original packaging and tags are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Jewelry

  Carefully place your items in the original gorjana packaging and secure them in a shipping box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and track your refund status through our portal.
